Administration

No compromises are necessary when using Schüssler-Salts: No matter if tablets, drops, creams / lotions or globules – with Pflüger Schüssler-Salts you have a choice.

Schüssler-Salts are best taken 15 minutes before or after a meal. It is recommended to dissolve tablets or globules in the mouth, so the mineral molecules are absorbed directly via the buccal mucosa and sublingual tissue. Schüssler-Salts dissolved in water, e.g. drops or tablets should therefore also be kept in the mouth for a few moments before swallowing.

Ideally, you clean your teeth with the menthol-free toothpaste MinOral when using Schüssler-Salts.

Schüssler-Salts to be dissolved in the mouth

Tablets should be allowed to dissolve individually in the mouth. During this process, the mineral molecules separate from the tablet and are absorbed via the oral mucosa. The general recommended dosage recommendation is, for chronic processes one to three times daily one tablet dissolved in the mouth, in acute situations up to six tablets a day.

Mineral tablets according to Dr Schüssler are produced in accordance with the homoeopathic pharmacopoeia. The carrier of the tablets is always lactose.

An anomality in administration is the ‘Hot Seven’. 10 tablets of the Schüssler-Salt No. 7 Magnesium phosphate are dissolved in 0.2 l of boiled, hot water. This form of administration is recommended for acute afflictions and is also suitable to prevent unpleasant flatulence.
